SERVICE ADMIN – VA

The Service Administrator will be in direct contact with the Service Manager to coordinate service operations. This position will involve service billing and administrative support for all service department needs. As the Service Administrator for Commonwealth Equipment, you will be responsible for producing customer invoicing and making sure that is up-to-date at all times.

We are looking for someone with great attention to detail so they can successfully analyze work orders on a daily basis. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is willing to take on the additional work load and constantly taking step to make sure things are getting done the right way.

Monday to Friday

40 hours per week

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Service billing
  • Offer administrative support for service department
  • Overseeing work orders
  • Answering customer phone calls and assisting them as best as you can on a daily basis
  • Create Trello cards for customers that need service/keep track of as the service is being completed
  • Follow up with service techs regarding Trello
  • Producing customer invoicing
  • Issuing purchase orders for service techs
  • Coordinating with the Service Manager on a daily basis
  • Contact customers to set up scheduling for service techs

SKILLS

  • 2+ years of service writer experience
  • Experience scheduling technicians
  • Experience processing work orders as well as service billing
