SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer and oversee safety compliance programs, policies, and procedures
Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations (OSHA, MSHA, DOT,state
requirements as applicable)
Serve as a primary point of contact for safety compliance question and regulatory matters
Maintain and manager safety documentation, training records, certifications, and
reporting requirements
Monitor regulatory changes and recommend updates to safety policies and procedures
Track incidents, near misses, corrective actions, and safety metrics; assist with
investigations
Prepare and submit required safety reports, logs, and regulatory filing
Work with operations, HR, and management to address safety risks and corrective
actions
Travel to all locations for trainings etc

SKILLS

5+ years’ experience in safety compliance, regulatory administration
Relative industry experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of OSHA/MSHA regulations
Experience managing safety documentation, audits, and training programs
Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
