Alliance Low Water Washer

The Superior Alliance Low Water Washer helps operations turn crusher fines into valuable manufactured sand while using significantly less water than traditional washing systems.

Instead of relying on large volumes of water to separate fines, the Alliance Low Water Washer creates an efficient washing process inside a compact unit. Dry crusher dust enters the system, is mixed with controlled water through the agitator and wash section, then moves onto the dewatering screen where excess moisture is removed. The result is a cleaner manufactured sand product that can be stacked, handled, or sold with less water use, less material waste, and fewer support components around the plant.
