ER-230

The McCloskey Environmental ER-230 is built for producers who need heavy-duty screening power, strong output, and reliable performance in demanding scalping applications. Besides, he is one of the most robust, durable and powerful heavy-duty mobile screeners at work nowadays.
Some jobs require more than a standard mobile screener. With its 6′ × 20′ high-energy screenbox, direct feed lined hopper, integrated hydraulic folding conveyors, and 225 hp diesel engine, the ER-230 is made to handle tough feed material while keeping production moving. It can work as a stand-alone plant to produce finished material, or it can scalp recycled material before a picking station to remove fines and improve downstream processing.
