The J45R pairs a powerful 45″ x 27″ jaw with an integrated recirculating system, producing a crushed and screened final product in one pass. Its heavy-duty BOFAR design, steep pan feeder chutes, and load sensors optimize material flow, while a side-radial return conveyor adds flexibility for stockpiling.

Choose the J45R when you want a finished product off the jaw. It adds an integrated recirculating system to the 45 by 27 inch single toggle jaw, so you get crushed and screened material in one pass without a separate screen. A pre-screen feeder is an option.
