Aggredry Dewatering Washer

The Superior Aggredry Dewatering Washer combines sand washing, fines recovery, and dewatering in one system to help producers create a cleaner, drier, saleable sand product.

Wet sand normally needs space and time to drain before it can be handled efficiently. The Aggredry changes that process by pairing a fine material screw with an integrated dewatering screen. The screw washes and classifies the material, while the screen removes excess moisture before discharge. Its patented fines recovery jet also returns valuable fine material back into the screw, helping reduce waste and improve product recovery. Superior lists finished material moisture as low as 8%, depending on application and operating conditions.
