Mining, Aggregate, and Recycle

Screeners & Screening Equipment

A screener separates your material into clean, sized products, and the right one depends on your feed, your target sizes and the tons per hour you need to move. We sell and service screening equipment out of Ashley, Pennsylvania, and have since 1999, for quarry, aggregate and recycling work.

Which screener fits your job

A scalping screen takes heavy, dirty feed off the pile or behind a crusher and pulls the oversize before it fouls the next machine. An incline screen sizes it into two, three or four finished products in one pass. We carry McCloskey screeners, including their R and S series.

If you are feeding a crusher, a scalper or a screen with a long hopper keeps the fines out of the chamber. Sticky feed or a fine soil cut screens better on a trommel or star screen than a flat deck.

New, used, parts and service

We stock both new and used. If you are watching budget, a used McCloskey screener in good shape runs for years, and we can go over the details with you before you commit.

We stock screener wear and replacement parts, and our MSHA-certified techs service what we sell from Maine down to Georgia. Tell us your model and we will get you the right parts.
